Matt and Bronwyn have been the owner-operators since they started the business in 2007, first providing a local homekill service, then growing to include a boutique butchery that specialises in consistent top quality meats and smallgoods, while maintaining a strong sense of community and family.
As a licensed dual operator of homekill services and retail butchery, we are able to ensure that our clients and customers culinary tastes are met and exceeded. Providing a safe and efficient homekill service is a key part of our business. As a licenced homekill operator, we work with local slaughtermen to ensure a high standard of quality product is achieved.
